Rob began his New York Life career in December of 1994 in the Long island General Office, a dynasty operation created under managing partner Val Ivanov, Chairman Emeritus. He spent 2 ½ years as a leading agent in the new org, earning his way to the position of Partner in June of ’97. His team was the ranked 2nd nationally when he accepted the position of Managing Partner for the Alaska General Office.

He led the Alaska operation through an impressive growth phase, nearly doubling the production over an 8 year period. Through his leadership, the Alaska General Office, among many other accolades, earned the reputation of being a high RETENTION organization. He credits the success in retention to selecting the right candidates for this challenging career, having systems in place to increase the probability of success, and coaching his team to establish and achieve their personal and professional goals. With 2 National Retention trophies and several close seconds, the operation has averaged a 40% retention rate over recent years. In his career Rob has earned three Round Table qualifications and several national product trophies.

As of May 1, 2009, Rob accepted the position of Managing Partner for New York Life’s Constitution General Office. This organization has a long and rich culture, with a history of success and significance. He is well equipped and poised to lead once again. His passion for helping others to get more out of life will serve the organization well.

Rob is a past treasurer for the Alaska State Life and Health Guarantee association. He is a former Anchorage chapter president of NAIFA. Rob currently serves on the board for NAIFA Greater Philadelphia and Chairs the Board for the Philadelphia and Camden Chapter of ASAS (After School All Stars).

Rob is married to Jenn who has been instrumental in his professional endeavors. They have two boys Jack and Anthony in middle school who keep them very busy.
